Apple Pizza
1 can (11 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated thin pizza crust
Apple topping:
3 tablespoons butter
3 large cooking apples, peeled and sliced thinly
¾ cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Streusel topping
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup packed brown sugar
½ cup quick-cooking oats
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ cup butter or margarine
¼ cup caramel topping
Directions:
- Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 15x10-inch nonstick cookie sheet. Unroll dough on cookie sheet; press into 15x10-inch rectangle.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, and cinnamon in a medium-sized saucepan. Add butter and apples, and heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until apples are tender. Set aside to cool. Then spread over pizza crust.
- In medium bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, oats and cinnamon. Cut in butter, using pastry blender until mixture looks like fine crumbs. Sprinkle over apples.
- Bake 13 to 16 minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle with caramel topping. Serve immediately.
